Our History

In 1912, at just 16 years old, Papa Joe immigrated to the United States from the Calabria region of Italy, carrying with him cherished family recipes passed down through generations. Today, we honor that legacy by sharing those same traditions with you—most notably in our signature PETALI appetizer, a true taste of our family’s history.
